Refund Policy

Our aim at Landum Vintage is to combine a superb and varied range of genuine vintage clothing with an excellent customer service which includes a rapid delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Please be aware that unless stated otherwise, our items have been pre-worn, pre-washed and may exhibit signs of wear. This is the nature of vintage clothing, and such wear should not constitute a reason for refund. We carry out a thorough inspection of every item, and will state and photograph any major defects.

In the event that an item is found to be different than described or not suitable, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping, if notified within 7 days of receipt. Shipping for returned items are on customers expense, the items are expected to be returned within 7 working days of cancellation.

To avoid disappointments we supply information on how to measure yourself so please make sure you check the measurements before making a purchase.
