Blue cotton velvet1960's, fastens with two buttons, flaps on the pockets, double vented, two buttons on the cuffs, inside has two breast pockets. On the inside pocket says 41 short but we are comfortable in listing it as a Regular size 40. Made by Shannon and has a lovely shaped shoulders, it would look very smart with a pink shirt and jeans or as a smoking for a party.
